Stop by during business hours
In the shop's words: "Although we suggest scheduling an appointment, you can always feel free to stop by our location during normal business hours to get assistance with any of your transmission repair and servicing needs. We will help you as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you can get back on the road and back to the business of your life."
If the vehicle is not driving right
Call before you drive it far. A slipping or overheating transmission can get worse on the way. If it will not move or stay in gear, plan a tow with your roadside plan or a towing company, and call the shop so it knows the vehicle is coming. This guide walks through it.
